My family LOVES the cacao nibs! We use them with a coffee press or tea infuser to make a healthy hot chocolate - just cacao nibs steeped in hot water -- SO good. Creamy, flavorful, and no extras needed. I suppose you could add a sweetener, like honey, if you wanted; but we all like it just the way it steeps. Bonus - it's cost-effective because the nibs can be reused this way up to three times! (Just depends on how long you steep before drinking.)
