My kids and I enjoy this hot and chilled. It's easy to brew and I re-brew to get 2-3 brews from each couple scoops! The beans have plenty of flavor for multiple brews, getting a little lighter in flavor each time. I use a teapot with a metal tea infuser and simmer it on there stove, although I have also used a coffee press and tea strainer in a mug.
I gave 2 Winter Snowflake gift boxes this year and the giftees basically said do it again! I also sent the bombs to another couple and they were very pleased--the best hot chocolate ever.
I am not a big coffee drinker so purchased for my husband. He absolutely loves it!! I decided to give it a try and I must say that it was really nice. It had a very good coffee taste to me (not overpowering) and the smoothness of the chocolate felt nice on the tongue!! It was a good purchase for me!!

Dark not too sweet with cashews , hints of butter and an almost smokey delight. Best gift ever.
I sent samplers to my uncle and mother. My mother could figure out that it was a gift from us, but my uncle didn’t get that info. Perhaps you should allow a spot for gift message on orders. We’ve been to the store and sampled everything. It’s all very good.
What could be better? (well, perhaps Mint and Chocolate, or Raspberry and Chocolate...........this is hard!)

I love the chocolate gift boxes. I usually get the 60% raspberry and the 60% orange, but I have sampled all the delicious flavors and would highly recommend them all! They make great gifts!
I heard about their chocolates and just had to try a variety of them! I especially loved the chocolate bomb, the caramel cashew bark, and the sampler pack!
I bought a mug with a funny sayings on it n set the bag of chocolate samples inside for a gift to cheer up a coworker 😅💕🎶

My family LOVES the cacao nibs! We use them with a coffee press or tea infuser to make a healthy hot chocolate - just cacao nibs steeped in hot water -- SO good. Creamy, flavorful, and no extras needed. I suppose you could add a sweetener, like honey, if you wanted; but we all like it just the way it steeps. Bonus - it's cost-effective because the nibs can be reused this way up to three times! (Just depends on how long you steep before drinking.) Thank you, captain's chocolate for giving this sugar-avoiding family a GREAT cup of hot cacao!
