Looking for a very quick and fast introduction to introducing cacao nibs to your daily meal plan? Look no further. The fastest way and "path of least resistance" to adding these tasty little chocolate bites to your daily routine is simply take your favorite yogurt and add some cacao nibs to it! No fancy recipe and no complex meal plans. Look how easy this recipe is to start your journey:

3/4 cup of yogurt

1 tbsp of Captain's Chocolate cacao nibs

The greatest thing about cacao nibs is how versatile they are. You can adjust the quantity based on your preference and flavor profile. I personally do a bit more than 1 tbsp of cacao nibs because I love them! And I don't particularly love the flavor of plain yogurt 😅

You can easily customize this recipe by adding anything to your yogurt and adjust as you go. Some of our customers enjoy adding berries to their yogurt and only 1 tsp of cacao nibs.
